Conditions

Introduction

The Policy on Confidentiality and Privacy delineates the conditions, principles, and protections for confidentiality and privacy that are integral to the Agreement you enter into whenever — and wherever — you commence or continue any conduct or service relating in any way, directly or indirectly, to Humana Sancta. Please, therefore, take the time to read what follows carefully.

Your Policy Agreements

Section 10.1.0. First, with respect to the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy you enter into via your Agreement with the Codes and Policies, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.1.1. Policy, Name, Nature
that the name of this Policy is the “Policy on Confidentiality and Privacy of Humana Sancta” (the “Confidentiality and Privacy Policy,” the “Confidentiality Policy,” and the “Privacy Policy”) and that the nature of this Policy is to serve as the policy on confidentiality and privacy of Humana Sancta;
10.1.2. Policy, Composition
that the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy consists of all conditions, principles, protections, and equivalent provisions for confidentiality and privacy in the Codes and Policies of Humana Sancta (the “Codes and Policies” and the “Policies”) and the Humana Sancta Conduct and Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), which therefore include, but are not limited to, those delineated below;
10.1.3. Policy, Agreement
that you understand the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy to be an integral part of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement you enter into with Humana Sancta;
10.1.4. Policy, Consent
that your consent to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent consent to the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy;
10.1.5. Policy, Duties
that your duties to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent duties to the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy;
10.1.6. Policy, Entry
that your entry into the Agreement includes your legally equivalent entry into the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, and similarly occurs whenever you commence or continue any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with or otherwise relating to Humana Sancta;
10.1.7. Policy, Legally Abiding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
10.1.8. Policy, Legally Binding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
10.1.9. Policy, Knowledge
that your attestation about your awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.

Your Policy Understandings

Section 10.2.0. Second, with respect to your understandings of the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, you covenant, represent, and warrant the following:

10.2.1. Policy Understandings
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.2.2. Policy Understandings, Conditions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy conditions as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.3. Policy Understandings, Definitions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy definitions as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.4. Policy Understandings, Practices
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy practices as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.5. Policy Understandings, Principles
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy principles as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.6. Policy Understandings, Processes
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy processes as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.7. Policy Understandings, Rights
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy rights as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.8. Policy Understandings, Safeguards
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy safeguards and resulting protections as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.9. Policy Understandings, Violations
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy breach, diminishment, incompatibility, infringement, and violation as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to not be brought about, in any way, by you.

Your Policy Commitments

Section 10.3.0. Third, with respect to your commitments to the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.3.1. Policy Commitments, Basis
that your commitment is the basis for any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with, or otherwise relating to Humana Sancta that you commence or continue — including via any of the Products or Services, or the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates — and that any such conduct or service is free of any infringement of the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy, the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.2. Policy Commitments, Conditions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy conditions, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.3. Policy Commitments, Definitions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy definitions, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.4. Policy Commitments, Principles
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy principles, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.5. Policy Commitments, Processes
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy processes, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.6. Policy Commitments, Rights
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy rights, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.7. Policy Commitments, Safeguards
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy safeguards and resulting protections, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.8. Policy Commitments, Practices
that you respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to translate the aforementioned commitments into practices for adopting and applying policies pertaining to confidentiality and privacy; for adjudicating and determining compliance with the policies; and for fulfilling Humana Sancta’s own duties pertaining to confidentiality and privacy, confidentiality and privacy conditions, confidentiality and privacy definitions, confidentiality and privacy principles, confidentiality and privacy processes, confidentiality and privacy rights, and confidentiality and privacy safeguards and their resulting protections, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.9. Policy Commitments, Protections
that you also respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to develop and enforce confidentiality and privacy protections derived from, first, applicable law and regulation, and second, from advances in confidentiality and privacy that protect persons in ways that go beyond what such law and regulation currently provides.

Principles

Provision

The Policy on Confidentiality and Privacy requires your adherence to the conditions above and correlative conditions and principles delineated below.

A — On Confidentiality

Conditions for Confidentiality

Section 10.5.0. With respect to conditions for confidentiality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.5.1. Confidentiality Conditions
that, in addition to your Agreement, you do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for confidentiality — including such conditions protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to discretion, non-disclosure, personal and professional trust, personal and proprietary interest, and procedural nonprejudice — which depend on the nature of Humana Sancta as a confidential organization and as an entity of confidential administration;
10.5.2. Confidentiality Conditions, Administration
that the confidentiality of Humana Sancta and provisions attendant to such confidentiality — as administered solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.5.3. Confidentiality Conditions, Areas
that confidentiality in areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent of Humana Sancta — and attendant principles and provisions for such confidentiality — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.5.4. Confidentiality Conditions, Founder
that confidentiality for the Founder and Founder-related activities, administration, conduct, and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such confidentiality — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.5.5. Confidentiality Conditions, Practices
that practices for ensuring confidentiality at Humana Sancta, including through its conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such practices — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.5.6. Confidentiality Conditions, Reporting
that measures for reporting actual, anticipated or apparent infringement related to confidentiality at Humana Sancta — and attendant principles and provisions for such reporting — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.5.7. Confidentiality Conditions, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned and other conditions for confidentiality at Humana Sancta are authorized, administered and adjudicated for compliance solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Duties for Confidentiality

Section 10.6.0. With respect to duties for confidentiality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.6.1. Confidentiality Duties
that, in addition to your Agreement, you fulfill and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing duties for confidentiality — including such duties protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to discretion, non-disclosure, personal and professional trust, personal and proprietary interest, and procedural nonprejudice — which depend on the nature of Humana Sancta as a confidential organization and as an entity of confidential administration;
10.6.2. Confidentiality Duties, Activity
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of an act or activity of Humana Sancta;
10.6.3. Confidentiality Duties, Agent
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of an agent, party, or other person of Humana Sancta;
10.6.4. Confidentiality Duties, Arrangement
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of an arrangement of Humana Sancta;
10.6.5. Confidentiality Duties, Conduct, Service
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a conduct or service of Humana Sancta;
10.6.6. Confidentiality Duties, Entity, Organization
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of Humana Sancta, including as a confidential organization and as an entity of confidential administration;
10.6.7. Confidentiality Duties, Expectation
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation pertaining to confidentiality at Humana Sancta that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.6.8. Confidentiality Duties, Material
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a material of Humana Sancta;
10.6.9. Confidentiality Duties, Matter
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a matter of Humana Sancta;
10.6.10. Confidentiality Duties, Procedure
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a procedure, proceeding, or process of Humana Sancta;
10.6.11. Confidentiality Duties, Relation
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a relation or relationship of Humana Sancta;
10.6.12. Confidentiality Duties, Request
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, a request pertaining to confidentiality at Humana Sancta that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.6.13. Confidentiality Duties, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned and other duties for confidentiality is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of confidentiality, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Confidentiality

Section 10.7.0. With respect to rights for confidentiality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.7.1. Confidentiality Rights
that, in addition to your Agreement, you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing rights for confidentiality — including such rights protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to discretion, non-disclosure, personal and professional trust, personal and proprietary interest, and procedural nonprejudice — which depend on the nature of Humana Sancta as a confidential organization and as an entity of confidential administration;
10.7.2. Confidentiality Rights, Civil
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for confidentiality accorded to persons at Humana Sancta by their applicable state or territorial governments;
10.7.3. Confidentiality Rights, Legal
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for confidentiality accorded to persons at Humana Sancta by applicable law and regulation;
10.7.4. Confidentiality Rights, Entity, Organization
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the rights for confidentiality of Humana Sancta, as a confidential organization and entity of confidential administration, hereby accorded and provided for by the Codes and Policies;
10.7.5. Confidentiality Rights, Human
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the absolute rights for confidentiality of a human’s inner being, body, brain, as well as inner self, soul, spirit, hereby accorded and provided for by the Codes and Policies;
10.7.6. Confidentiality Rights, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of respecting the aforementioned and other rights for confidentiality is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of confidentiality, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Safeguards for Confidentiality

Section 10.8.0. With respect to rights for confidentiality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.8.1. Confidentiality Safeguards
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing safeguards for confidentiality — including such safeguards protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to discretion, non-disclosure, personal and professional trust, personal and proprietary interest, and procedural nonprejudice — which depend on the nature of Humana Sancta as a confidential organization and as an entity of confidential administration;
10.8.2. Confidentiality Safeguards, Activity
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of an act or activity of Humana Sancta;
10.8.3. Confidentiality Safeguards, Agent
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of an agent, party, or other person of Humana Sancta;
10.8.4. Confidentiality Safeguards, Arrangement
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of an arrangement of Humana Sancta;
10.8.5. Confidentiality Safeguards, Conduct, Service
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a conduct or service of Humana Sancta;
10.8.6. Confidentiality Safeguards, Entity, Organization
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of Humana Sancta, including as a confidential organization and as an entity of confidential administration;
10.8.7. Confidentiality Safeguards, Expectation
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation to safeguard confidentiality at Humana Sancta that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.8.8. Confidentiality Safeguards, Material
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a material of Humana Sancta;
10.8.9. Confidentiality Safeguards, Matter
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a matter of Humana Sancta;
10.8.10. Confidentiality Safeguards, Procedure
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a procedure, proceeding, or process of Humana Sancta;
10.8.11. Confidentiality Safeguards, Relation
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a relation or relationship of Humana Sancta;
10.8.12. Confidentiality Safeguards, Request
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, a request to safeguard confidentiality at Humana Sancta that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.8.13. Confidentiality Safeguards, Rights
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard rights for confidentiality, including rights to such safeguards;
10.8.14. Confidentiality Safeguards, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of maintaining the aforementioned and other safeguards for confidentiality is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of confidentiality, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

B — On Privacy

Conditions for Privacy

Section 10.9.0. With respect to conditions for privacy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.9.1. Privacy Conditions
that, in addition to your Agreement, you do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for privacy — including such conditions protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to non-dissemination, non-exposure, and non-public access, control, operation, and ownership — which depend on the nature of Humana Sancta as a private organization and as an entity of private administration;
10.9.2. Privacy Conditions, Administration
that the privacy of Humana Sancta and provisions attendant to such privacy — as conducted solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.9.3. Privacy Conditions, Areas
that privacy in areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent of Humana Sancta — and attendant principles and provisions for such privacy — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.9.4. Privacy Conditions, Founder
that privacy for the Founder and Founder-related activities, administration, conduct, and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such privacy — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.9.5. Privacy Conditions, Practices
that practices for ensuring privacy at Humana Sancta, including through its conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such practices — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.9.6. Privacy Conditions, Reporting
that measures for reporting actual, anticipated or apparent infringement related to privacy at Humana Sancta — and attendant principles and provisions for such reporting — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.9.7. Privacy Conditions, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned and other conditions for privacy at Humana Sancta are authorized, administered and adjudicated for compliance solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Duties for Privacy

Section 10.10.0. With respect to duties of privacy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.10.1. Privacy Duties
that, in addition to your Agreement, you fulfill and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing duties for privacy — including such duties protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to non-dissemination, non-exposure, and non-public access, control, operation, and ownership — which depend on the nature of Humana Sancta as a private organization and as an entity of private administration;
10.10.2. Privacy Duties, Activity
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of an act or activity of Humana Sancta;
10.10.3. Privacy Duties, Agent
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of an agent, party, or other person of Humana Sancta;
10.10.4. Privacy Duties, Arrangement
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of an arrangement of Humana Sancta;
10.10.5. Privacy Duties, Conduct, Service
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a conduct or service of Humana Sancta;
10.10.6. Privacy Duties, Entity, Organization
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of Humana Sancta, including as a private organization and as an entity of private administration;
10.10.7. Privacy Duties, Expectation
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation pertaining to privacy at Humana Sancta that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.10.8. Privacy Duties, Material
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a material of Humana Sancta;
10.10.9. Privacy Duties, Matter
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a matter of Humana Sancta;
10.10.10. Privacy Duties, Procedure
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a procedure, proceeding, or process of Humana Sancta;
10.10.11. Privacy Duties, Relation
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a relation or relationship of Humana Sancta;
10.10.12. Privacy Duties, Request
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, a request pertaining to privacy at Humana Sancta that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.10.13. Privacy Duties, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned and other duties for privacy is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of privacy, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Privacy

Section 10.11.0. With respect to rights for privacy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.11.1. Privacy Rights
that, in addition to your Agreement, you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing rights for privacy — including such rights protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to non-dissemination, non-exposure, and non-public access, control, operation, and ownership — which depend on the nature of Humana Sancta as a private organization and as an entity of private administration;
10.11.2. Privacy Rights, Civil
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for privacy accorded to persons at Humana Sancta by their applicable state or territorial governments;
10.11.3. Privacy Rights, Legal
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for privacy accorded to persons at Humana Sancta by applicable law and regulation;
10.11.4. Privacy Rights, Entity, Organization
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the rights for privacy of Humana Sancta, as a private organization and entity of private administration, hereby accorded and provided for by the Codes and Policies;
10.11.5. Privacy Rights, Human
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the absolute rights for privacy of a human’s inner being, body, brain, as well as inner self, soul, spirit, hereby accorded and provided for by the Codes and Policies;
10.11.6. Privacy Rights, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of respecting the aforementioned and other rights for privacy is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of privacy, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Safeguards for Privacy

Section 10.12.0. With respect to safeguards for privacy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.12.1. Privacy Safeguards
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing safeguards for privacy — including such safeguards protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to non-dissemination, non-exposure, and non-public access, control, operation, and ownership — which depend on the nature of Humana Sancta as a private organization and as an entity of private administration;
10.12.2. Privacy Safeguards, Activity
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of an act or activity of Humana Sancta;
10.12.3. Privacy Safeguards, Agent
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of an agent, party, or other person of Humana Sancta;
10.12.4. Privacy Safeguards, Arrangement
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of an arrangement of Humana Sancta;
10.12.5. Privacy Safeguards, Conduct, Service
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of a conduct or service of Humana Sancta;
10.12.6. Privacy Safeguards, Entity, Organization
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of Humana Sancta, including as a private organization and as an entity of private administration;
10.12.7. Privacy Safeguards, Expectation
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation to safeguard privacy at Humana Sancta that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.12.8. Privacy Safeguards, Material
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of a material of Humana Sancta;
10.12.9. Privacy Safeguards, Matter
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of a matter of Humana Sancta;
10.12.10. Privacy Safeguards, Procedure
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of a procedure, proceeding, or process of Humana Sancta;
10.12.11. Privacy Safeguards, Relation
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of a relation or relationship of Humana Sancta;
10.12.12. Privacy Safeguards, Request
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, a request to safeguard privacy at Humana Sancta that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.12.13. Privacy Safeguards, Rights
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard rights for privacy, including rights to such safeguards;
10.12.14. Privacy Safeguards, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of maintaining the aforementioned and other safeguards for privacy is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of privacy, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

that Humana Sancta protects itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to confidentiality and privacy resulting from inadequacy, insufficiency, or other infringement of consent, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
10.16.2. Protections, Cooptation
that Humana Sancta protects itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to confidentiality and privacy resulting from attempts to coopt administration, control, governance, ownership, or equivalent of Humana Sancta, including attempts that are collectivist, communal, communist, cooperative, governmental, judicial, regulatory, socialist or statist, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
10.16.3. Protections, Disclosure
that Humana Sancta protects itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to confidentiality and privacy resulting from access, disclosure, exposure, publicity, transparency, or equivalent, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
10.16.4. Protections, Non-Provision
that Humana Sancta protects itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to confidentiality and privacy resulting from non-provision of required and standard confidentiality and privacy administration, measure, practice, procedure, or equivalent, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;

with the understanding that the aforementioned determinations of specifically relevant risks and threats, and protections against them, are to be made solely by the Founder and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.
