Introduction

The Founding and Governing Code of Ethics delineates the conditions, principles, and required commitments for determining the ethics of your activities at Humana Sancta, and in this manner, ethically will govern and guide the Agreement you enter into via any conduct or service relating to Humana Sancta. Please, therefore, take the time to read what follows carefully.

Your Ethics Agreements

Section 4.1.0. First, with respect to the Code of Ethics you enter into via your Agreement with the Codes and Policies, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.1.1. Ethics Policy, Basis
that the name of this Policy is the “Founding and Governing Code of Ethics of Humana Sancta” (the “Code of Ethics” and the “Ethics”); that the nature of this Policy is to serve as the code of ethics of Humana Sancta; and that the Code of Ethics consists of all conditions, principles, protections, and equivalent provisions for ethics in the Codes and Policies of Humana Sancta (the “Codes and Policies” and the “Policies”) and the Humana Sancta Conduct and Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), which therefore include, but are not limited to, those delineated below;
4.1.2. Ethics Policy, Agreement
that the Agreement you enter into with Humana Sancta via the Codes and Policies includes your legally equivalent agreement to the Code of Ethics;
4.1.3. Ethics Policy, Consent
that your consent to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent consent to the Code of Ethics;
4.1.4. Ethics Policy, Duties
that your duties to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent duties to the Code of Ethics;
4.1.5. Ethics Policy, Entry
that your entry into the Agreement includes your legally equivalent entry into the Code of Ethics, and similarly occurs whenever you commence or continue any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with or otherwise relating to Humana Sancta;
4.1.6. Ethics Policy, Governance
that the governance of the Agreement and the Codes and Policies and your adherence to them when relating to Humana Sancta include your legally equivalent adherence to the Code of Ethics and its legally equivalent governance over all your conduct and service relating to Humana Sancta, in any way, either directly or indirectly, via any manner, means, method, or mode;
4.1.7. Ethics Policy, Legally Abiding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Code of Ethics, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
4.1.8. Ethics Policy, Legally Binding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Code of Ethics, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
4.1.9. Ethics Policy, Knowledge
and that your attestation about your awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Code of Ethics, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.

Your Ethics Understandings

Section 4.2.0. Second, with respect to your understandings of the Code of Ethics, you covenant, represent, and warrant the following:

4.2.1. Ethics Understandings
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
4.2.2. Ethics Understandings, Conditions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics conditions as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
4.2.3. Ethics Understandings, Definitions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics definitions as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
4.2.4. Ethics Understandings, Practices
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics practices as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
4.2.5. Ethics Understandings, Principles
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics principles as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
4.2.6. Ethics Understandings, Processes
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics processes as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
4.2.7. Ethics Understandings, Rights
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics rights as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
4.2.8. Ethics Understandings, Safeguards
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics safeguards and resulting protections as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
4.2.9. Ethics Understandings, Violations
and that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics breach, diminishment, incompatibility, infringement, and violation as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to not be brought about, in any way, by you.

Your Ethics Commitments

Section 4.3.0. Third, with respect to your commitments to the Code of Ethics, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.3.1. Ethics Commitments, Basis
that your commitment is the basis for any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with, or otherwise relating to Humana Sancta that you commence or continue — including via any of the Products or Services, or the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates — and that any such conduct or service is free of any incompatibility with Humana Sancta or violation of the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, or applicable law or regulation;
4.3.2. Ethics Commitments, Ethics
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ethics, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
4.3.3. Ethics Commitments, Conditions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ethics conditions, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
4.3.4. Ethics Commitments, Definitions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ethics definitions, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
4.3.5. Ethics Commitments, Principles
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ethics principles, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
4.3.6. Ethics Commitments, Processes
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ethics processes, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
4.3.7. Ethics Commitments, Rights
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ethics rights, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
4.3.8. Ethics Commitments, Safeguards
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ethics safeguards and resulting protections, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
4.3.9. Ethics Commitments, Duty, Practices
that you respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Code of Ethics and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to translate the above commitments into practices for adopting and applying policies pertaining to ethics; for adjudicating and determining compliance with the policies; and for fulfilling Humana Sancta’s own duties pertaining to ethics, ethics conditions, ethics definitions, ethics principles, ethics processes, ethics rights, and ethics safeguards and their resulting protections, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
4.3.10. Ethics Commitments, Duty, Protections
and that you also respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Code of Ethics and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to develop and enforce ethics protections derived from, first, applicable law and regulation, and second, from advances in ethics that protect persons in ways that go beyond what such law and regulation currently provides.

Provision

The Code of Ethics requires your adherence to the conditions above and correlative principles delineated below.

1 — Acknowledgement

Section 4.5.0. Acknowledgement — regarding a basic acknowledgement of each human being, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.5.1. Acknowledgement, Basis
that to be human and humane is to acknowledge in each and every human a humanness, humaneness, and humanity to be accepted and respected;
4.5.2. Acknowledgement, Corollary
that you are to therefore treat all human beings humanly and humanely;

that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous adherence to such acknowledgment and treatment of humans;

that such acknowledgement and treatment of humans is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.5.5. Acknowledgement, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic acknowledgement and treatment of humans will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

2 — Alignment

Section 4.6.0. Alignment — regarding a basic alignment with the Humana Faith, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.6.1. Alignment, Basis
that a basic alignment with the Human Faith is essential to Humana Sancta;
4.6.2. Alignment, Corollary
that such an alignment entails a set of faith-based commitments, delineated in the Conditions of Founding;
4.6.3. Alignment, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous adherence to such faith-based alignment and commitments;
4.6.4. Alignment, Conduct
that such alignment and commitments are to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.6.5. Alignment, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic alignment with the Humana Faith will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

3 — Agreement

Section 4.7.0. Agreement — regarding a basic agreement with Humana Sancta, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.7.1. Agreement, Basis
that a basic agreement with the Codes and Policies of Humana Sancta — as originally made and amended only by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — is essential to Humana Sancta;
4.7.2. Agreement, Corollary
that such an agreement entails agreeing with the formation, governance, and policies of Humana Sancta, as delineated in the Conditions of Founding, of Governance, and of Service;
4.7.3. Agreement, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous adherence to such agreement with the formation, governance, and policies;
4.7.4. Agreement, Conduct
that such agreement is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.7.5. Agreement, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic agreement with such formation, governance, and policies will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

4 — Administration

Section 4.8.0. Administration — regarding the administration of Humana Sancta, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.8.1. Administration, Basis
that the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, as a human being, has the rights to property, intellectual and real, and to administer as well as own Humana Sancta;
4.8.2. Administration, Corollary
that Humana Sancta, as a thusly legal person and property, has the rights to organization and protection under its administration and ownership solely and wholly by the Founder;
4.8.3. Administration, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as the rigorous adherence to such administration and ownership;
4.8.4. Administration, Conduct
that such administration and ownership is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.8.5. Administration, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic commitment to respect and uphold such administration and ownership governs and guides your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

5 — Beneficence

Section 4.9.0. Beneficence — regarding the ethics of beneficence, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.9.1. Beneficence, Basis
that each human innately deserves and merits beneficence;
4.9.2. Beneficence, Corollary
that no human deserves or merits an absence of beneficence;
4.9.3. Beneficence, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how best to determine and provide what is beneficial;
4.9.4. Beneficence, Conduct
that such commitment to beneficence is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.9.5. Beneficence, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic commitment to create, do, and provide what is beneficial will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

6 — Concern

Section 4.10.0. Concern — regarding the ethics of protective concern, or non-maleficence, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.10.1. Concern, Basis
that each human innately deserves and merits the protective concern of non-maleficence;
4.10.2. Concern, Corollary
that no human deserves or merits an absence of the protective concern of non-maleficence;
4.10.3. Concern, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how best to determine and protect against what is harmful;
4.10.4. Concern, Conduct
that such commitment to the protective concern of non-maleficence is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.10.5. Concern, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic commitment to not create, do, or provide what is harmful will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

7 — Consent

Section 4.11.0. Consent — regarding the ethics of consent, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.11.1. Consent, Basis
that each human innately deserves and merits opportunities to make decisions for one’s self;
4.11.2. Consent, Corollary
that no human deserves or merits an absence of opportunities to make decisions for one’s self;
4.11.3. Consent, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how best to provide humans opportunities for consent that is informed, meaningful and freely given;
4.11.4. Consent, Conduct
that such commitment to consent is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.11.5. Consent, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic commitment to facilitate informed, meaningful and freely given consent will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

8 — Care

Section 4.12.0. Care — regarding the ethics of care, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

that each human innately deserves and merits care and caring;

9 — Confidentiality

Section 4.13.0. Confidentiality — regarding the ethics of confidentiality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

that each human innately deserves and merits confidentiality;

that no human deserves or merits an absence of confidentiality;

that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how best to provide and protect confidentiality, including the absolute confidentiality of inner being, body, and brain, as well as inner self, soul, and spirit;

that such commitment to confidentiality is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;

10 — Dignity

Section 4.14.0. Dignity — regarding the ethics of dignity, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

that each human innately deserves and merits dignity, specifically, of the state and treatment of one’s person;
4.14.2. Dignity, Corollary
that no human deserves or merits an absence of such dignity;
4.14.3. Dignity, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how best to treat humans with dignity worthy of their humanity;
4.14.4. Dignity, Conduct
that such commitment to dignity is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.14.5. Dignity, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic commitment to dignity will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

11 — Duty

Section 4.15.0. Duty — regarding the ethics of duty, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.15.1. Duty, Basis
that each norm or principle of ethics incurs a duty toward its fulfillment;
4.15.2. Duty, Corollary
that each principle of the Codes and Policies incurs a correlative duty toward its fulfillment;
4.15.3. Duty, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as facilitating the Founder and his appointed official persons in fulfilling duties of care, conduct, and service delineated by principles in the Codes and Policies;
4.15.4. Duty, Conduct
that such commitment to duty is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.15.5. Duty, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic commitment to duty will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

12 — Equality

Section 4.16.0. Equality — regarding the ethics of equality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.16.1. Equality, Basis
that each human innately deserves and merits equality, specifically, of their status under the law;
4.16.2. Equality, Corollary
that no human deserves or merits an absence of such equality, whether in opportunity, protection, or treatment under such law;
4.16.3. Equality, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how best to not infringe each human’s equality under the law, including via reciprocity, and thus not doing to any human what is not done simultaneously to each and every human being, nor what would not be done to oneself or one’s most loved one;
4.16.4. Equality, Conduct
that such commitment to equality is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.16.5. Equality, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic commitment to equality will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

13 — Equipoise

Section 4.17.0. Equipoise — regarding the ethics of equipoise, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.17.1. Equipoise, Basis
that the humanity of each human innately deserves and merits priority over the interests of a community and of knowledge or its application;
4.17.2. Equipoise, Corollary
that no human deserves or merits an absence of such priority and equipoise;
4.17.3. Equipoise, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as refraining from the instrumental use or utility of humans as means to others’s ends, including from harmful, inhumane, undue or unequal burden, treatment, or use of any human for the common or greater gain or good;
4.17.4. Equipoise, Conduct
that such commitment to equipoise is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.17.5. Equipoise, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic commitment to equipoise will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

14 — Freedom

Section 4.18.0. Freedom — regarding the ethics of freedom, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.18.1. Freedom, Basis
that each human innately deserves and merits freedom, specifically, the basic civil freedoms accorded by state government;
4.18.2. Freedom, Corollary
that no human deserves or merits an absence of such freedoms;
4.18.3. Freedom, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how best to not infringe each human’s freedoms under government, and also the absolute freedom of inner being, body, and brain, as well as inner self, soul, and spirit;
4.18.4. Freedom, Conduct
that such commitment to freedom is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.18.5. Freedom, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic commitment to freedom will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

15 — Honor

Section 4.19.0. Honor — regarding the ethics of honor, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.19.1. Honor, Basis
that each human innately deserves and merits honor, specifically, of wishes concerning one’s person;
4.19.2. Honor, Corollary
that no human deserves or merits an absence of such honor;
4.19.3. Honor, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how best to honor humans’s wishes concerning their person;
4.19.4. Honor, Conduct
that such commitment to honor is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.19.5. Honor, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic commitment to honor will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

16 — Inclusion

Section 4.20.0. Inclusion — regarding the ethics of inclusion, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.20.1. Inclusion, Basis
that each human innately deserves and merits inclusion, specifically, due accommodation of ableness and due recognition of diversity;
4.20.2. Inclusion, Corollary
that no human deserves or merits an absence of such inclusion;
4.20.3. Inclusion, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how best to include humans via due accommodation and recognition;
4.20.4. Inclusion, Conduct
that such commitment to inclusion is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.20.5. Inclusion, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic commitment to inclusion will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

17 — Justice

Section 4.21.0. Justice — regarding the ethics of justice, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.21.1. Justice, Basis
that each human innately deserves and merits justice, specifically, due process and lawfulness;
4.21.2. Justice, Corollary
that no human deserves or merits an absence of such justice;
4.21.3. Justice, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how best to comply with applicable laws, policies, and regulations, and refrain from expediency over humans’s rights;
4.21.4. Justice, Conduct
that such commitment to justice is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.21.5. Justice, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic commitment to justice will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

18 — Liberty

Section 4.22.0. Liberty — regarding the ethics of liberty, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.22.1. Liberty, Basis
that each human innately deserves and merits liberty, specifically, the civil liberties accorded by state government;
4.22.2. Liberty, Corollary
that no human deserves or merits an absence of such liberty;
4.22.3. Liberty, Condition
that, as a condition of engaging with Humana Sancta, you commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how best to not infringe each human’s liberties under government, and also the absolute liberty of inner being, body, and brain, as well as inner self, soul, and spirit;
4.22.4. Liberty, Conduct
that such commitment to liberty is to be maintained via conduct, service, and relations at Humana Sancta;
4.22.5. Liberty, Guide
and that, in this manner, a basic commitment to liberty will govern and guide your activities relating to Humana Sancta as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

19 — Privacy

Section 4.23.0. Privacy — regarding the ethics of privacy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

4.23.1. Privacy, Basis
that each human innately deserves and merits privacy;
4.23.2. Privacy, Corollary
