Conditions
Overview
The Policy on Freedom and Liberty delineates the conditions, principles, and protections for Humana Sanctaâs organizational freedom and liberty, which are integral to the Agreement you enter into whenever â and wherever â you commence or continue any conduct or service relating in any way, directly or indirectly, to Humana Sancta. Please, therefore, take the time to read what follows carefully.
I â Your Policy Agreements
â first, with respect to the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy you enter into via your Agreement with the Codes and Policies, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Policy: Name, Nature
that the name of this Policy is the âPolicy on Freedom and Liberty of Humana Sanctaâ (the âOrganizational Freedom and Liberty Policy,â the âOrganizational Freedom Policy,â and the âOrganizational Liberty Policyâ) and that the nature of this Policy is to serve as the policy on organizational freedom and liberty of Humana Sancta.
ii. Policy: Composition
that the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy consists of all conditions, principles, protections, and equivalent provisions for organizational freedom and liberty in the Codes and Policies of Humana Sancta (the âCodes and Policiesâ and the âPoliciesâ) and the Humana Sancta Conduct and Service Agreement (the âAgreementâ), which therefore include, but are not limited to, those delineated below.
iii. Policy: Agreement
that you understand the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy to be an integral part of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement you enter into with Humana Sancta.
iv. Policy: Consent
that your consent to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent consent to the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy.
v. Policy: Duties
that your duties to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent duties to the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy.
vi. Policy: Entry
that your entry into the Agreement includes your legally equivalent entry into the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, and similarly occurs whenever you commence or continue any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with or otherwise relating to Humana Sancta.
vii. Policy: Legally Abiding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.
viii. Policy: Legally Binding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.
ix. Policy: Knowledge
that your attestation about your awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.
II â Your Policy Understandings
â second, with respect to your understandings of the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, you covenant, represent, and warrant the following:
i. Understanding: Freedom, Liberty
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational freedom and liberty as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
ii. Understanding: Freedom, Liberty Conditions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational freedom and liberty conditions as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
iii. Understanding: Freedom, Liberty Definitions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational freedom and liberty definitions as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
iv. Understanding: Freedom, Liberty Practices
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational freedom and liberty practices as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
v. Understanding: Freedom, Liberty Principles
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational freedom and liberty principles as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you.
vi. Understanding: Freedom, Liberty Processes
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational freedom and liberty processes as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
vii. Understanding: Freedom, Liberty Rights
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational freedom and liberty rights as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you.
viii. Understanding: Freedom, Liberty Safeguards
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational freedom and liberty safeguards and resulting protections as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
ix. Understanding: Freedom, Liberty Violations
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of organizational freedom and liberty breach, diminishment, incompatibility, infringement, and violation as they are defined and provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to not be brought about, in any way, by you.
III â Your Policy Commitments
â third, with respect to your commitments to the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Commitment: Basis
that your commitment is the basis for any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with, or otherwise relating to Humana Sancta that you commence or continue â including via any of the Products or Services, or the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates â and that any such conduct or service is free of any incompatibility with Humana Sancta or violation of the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, or applicable law or regulation.
ii. Commitment: Freedom, Liberty
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational freedom and liberty, including as provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
iii. Commitment: Freedom, Liberty Conditions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational freedom and liberty conditions, including as provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
iv. Commitment: Freedom, Liberty Definitions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational freedom and liberty definitions, including as provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
v. Commitment: Freedom, Liberty Principles
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational freedom and liberty principles, including as provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
vi. Commitment: Freedom, Liberty Processes
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational freedom and liberty processes, including as provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
vii. Commitment: Freedom, Liberty Rights
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational freedom and liberty rights, including as provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
viii. Commitment: Freedom, Liberty Safeguards
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at Humana Sancta the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of organizational freedom and liberty safeguards and resulting protections, including as provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
ix. Commitment: Your Duty, Practices
that you respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to translate the above commitments into practices for adopting and applying policies pertaining to organizational freedom and liberty; for adjudicating and determining compliance with the policies; and for fulfilling Humana Sanctaâs own duties pertaining to organizational freedom and liberty, organizational freedom and liberty conditions, organizational freedom and liberty definitions, organizational freedom and liberty principles, organizational freedom and liberty processes, organizational freedom and liberty rights, and organizational freedom and liberty safeguards and their resulting protections, including as provided for in the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
x. Commitment: Your Duty, Protections
that you also respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Organizational Freedom and Liberty Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to develop and enforce organizational freedom and liberty protections derived from, first, applicable law and regulation, and second, from advances in organizational freedom and liberty that protect persons in ways that go beyond what such law and regulation currently provides.
Principles
Provision
The Policy on Freedom and Liberty requires your adherence to the conditions above and correlative conditions and principles delineated below.
A â On Freedom
Conditions of Freedom
â With respect to conditions for freedom, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Conditions, Freedom
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for freedom, which depend on the civilly free nature of Humana Sancta â including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and Humana Sancta Administration â as a civilly free corporation and organization and as entities and persons of civilly free administration.
ii. Conditions, Freedom: Administration
that the civilly free administration of Humana Sancta and Humana Sancta Administration and the rights attendant to such freedom â as conducted solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and executed solely via the Founderâs authorization â are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iii. Conditions, Freedom: Areas
that the civilly free administration of the official areas of Humana Sancta and Humana Sancta Administration and the rights attendant to such freedom â including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the freedom of its official areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku â are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iv. Conditions, Freedom: Founder
that the freedom of Humana Sanctaâs Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and the rights attendant to such freedom â including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the freedom of the Founder, his activities, administration, conduct and service, as executed solely by the Founderâs authorization â are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
v. Conditions, Freedom: Ownership
that the civilly free ownership of Humana Sancta and Humana Sancta Administration and the rights attendant to such freedom â including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the civilly free interests-, share-, stake- and stock-holding, ownership, and equivalent of Humana Sancta and Humana Sancta Administration, solely and wholly by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku â are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vi. Conditions, Freedom: Practices
that the civilly free practices of Humana Sancta and Humana Sancta Administration and the rights attendant to such freedom â including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to practices for ensuring the freedom of Humana Sancta, Humana Sancta Administration, its official entities, persons, the Founder, and its conduct and service, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku â are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vii. Conditions, Freedom: Remedying
that the civilly free remedying of actual, anticipated or apparent infringement relating to Humana Sancta and Humana Sancta Administration and the rights attendant to such freedom â including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the civilly free remedying of any infringement or equivalent of the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation, at the absolute, complete and sole discretion of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku â are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
Duties of Freedom
â With respect to duties of freedom, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Duty, Freedom: Activity
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the civilly free administration of any official act or activity of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
ii. Duty, Freedom: Agent
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the civilly free administration of any official agent or party of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
iii. Duty, Freedom: Arrangement
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the civilly free administration of any official arrangement of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
iv. Duty, Freedom: Conduct, Service
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the civilly free administration of any official conduct or service of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
v. Duty, Freedom: Entity, Organization
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the freedom of Humana Sancta â including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and Humana Sancta Administration â as a civilly free corporation and organization and as entities and persons of civilly free administration.
vi. Duty, Freedom: Expectation
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to heed and not infringe, in any way, any expectation of freedom â such as in the functions and settings of administration or equivalent â by Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
vii. Duty, Freedom: Material
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the civilly free administration of any official material of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
viii. Duty, Freedom: Matter
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the civilly free administration of any official matter of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
ix. Duty, Freedom: Procedure
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the civilly free administration of any official procedure, proceeding, or process of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
x. Duty, Freedom: Relation
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the civilly free administration of any official relation or relationship â to an entity, office, or person â of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
xi. Duty, Freedom: Request
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to head and not infringe, in any way, a request for freedom â such as in the functions and settings of administration or equivalent â by Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
xii. Duty, Freedom: Reporting
that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned duties is by refraining from and reporting â via fully informing communication directly to the Founder â any infringement of freedom, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founderâs sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.
Rights to Freedom
â With respect to rights to freedom, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Rights, Freedom: Applicable Law
that you and Humana Sancta do not infringe, in any way, the rights to freedom accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
ii. Rights, Freedom: Civil, Fundamental
that you and Humana Sancta do not infringe, in any way, the rights to freedom accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Rights, Freedom: Entity, Organization
that you and Humana Sancta do not infringe, in any way, the hereby accorded rights to freedom of Humana Sancta â including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and Humana Sancta Administration â as a civilly free corporation and organization and as entities and persons of civilly free administration.
iv. Rights, Freedom: Human, Being
that you and Humana Sancta do not infringe, in any way, the hereby accorded and absolute rights to freedom of a humanâs inner being, body, and brain, as well as inner self, soul, and spirit.
v. Rights, Freedom: Human, Mind
that you and Humana Sancta do not infringe, in any way, the hereby accorded and absolute rights to freedom of a humanâs mind, including its activities, contents, and explorations.
vi. Rights, Freedom: Human, Self
that you and Humana Sancta do not infringe, in any way, the hereby accorded and absolute rights to freedom of a humanâs activities with the self â in physical or virtual solitude, in silence or in voice, written or otherwise recorded, for the selfâs purposes.
Safeguards of Freedom
â With respect to safeguards of freedom, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Safeguards, Freedom: Activity
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Humana Sancta to safeguard the civilly free administration of any official act or activity of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
ii. Safeguards, Freedom: Agent
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Humana Sancta to safeguard the civilly free administration of any official agent or party of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
iii. Safeguards, Freedom: Arrangement
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Humana Sancta to safeguard the civilly free administration of any official arrangement of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
iv. Safeguards, Freedom: Conduct, Service
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Humana Sancta to safeguard the civilly free administration of any official conduct or service of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
v. Safeguards, Freedom: Entity, Organization
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Humana Sancta to safeguard the freedom of Humana Sancta â including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and Humana Sancta Administration â as a civilly free corporation and organization and as entities and persons of civilly free administration.
vi. Safeguards, Freedom: Expectation
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Humana Sancta to fulfill and safeguard an expectation of freedom by Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
vii. Safeguards, Freedom: Material
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Humana Sancta to safeguard the civilly free administration of any official material of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
viii. Safeguards, Freedom: Matter
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Humana Sancta to safeguard the civilly free administration of any official matter of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
ix. Safeguards, Freedom: Procedure
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Humana Sancta to safeguard the civilly free administration of any official procedure, proceeding, or process of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
x. Safeguards, Freedom: Relation
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Humana Sancta to safeguard the civilly free administration of any official relation or relationship â to an entity, office, or person â of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
xi. Safeguards, Freedom: Request
that you heed and do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Humana Sancta to fulfill and safeguard a request for freedom by Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
xii. Safeguards, Freedom: Rights
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of Humana Sancta to fulfill and safeguard the aforementioned and other rights to freedom, including but not limited to those provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation.
xiii. Safeguards, Freedom: Reporting
that your primary means of respecting the aforementioned safeguards is by refraining from and reporting â via fully informing communication directly to the Founder â any infringement of freedom, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founderâs sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.
B â On Liberty
Conditions of Liberty
â With respect to conditions for liberty, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Conditions, Liberty
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for liberty, which depend on the civilly libertied nature of Humana Sancta â including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and Humana Sancta Administration â as a civilly libertied corporation and organization and as entities and persons of civilly libertied administration.
ii. Conditions, Liberty: Administration
that the civilly libertied administration of Humana Sancta and Humana Sancta Administration and the rights attendant to such liberty â as conducted solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and executed solely via the Founderâs authorization â are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iii. Conditions, Liberty: Areas
that the civilly libertied administration of the official areas of Humana Sancta and Humana Sancta Administration and the rights attendant to such liberty â including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the liberty of its official areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku â are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iv. Conditions, Liberty: Founder
that the liberty of Humana Sanctaâs Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and the rights attendant to such liberty â including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the liberty of the Founder, his activities, administration, conduct and service, as executed solely by the Founderâs authorization â are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
v. Conditions, Liberty: Ownership
that the civilly libertied ownership of Humana Sancta and Humana Sancta Administration and the rights attendant to such liberty â including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the civilly libertied interests-, share-, stake- and stock-holding, ownership, and equivalent of Humana Sancta and Humana Sancta Administration, solely and wholly by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku â are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vi. Conditions, Liberty: Practices
that the civilly libertied practices of Humana Sancta and Humana Sancta Administration and the rights attendant to such liberty â including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to practices for ensuring the liberty of Humana Sancta, Humana Sancta Administration, its official entities, persons, the Founder, and its conduct and service, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku â are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vii. Conditions, Liberty: Remedying
that the civilly libertied remedying of actual, anticipated or apparent infringement relating to Humana Sancta and Humana Sancta Administration and the rights attendant to such liberty â including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the civilly libertied remedying of any infringement or equivalent of the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation, at the absolute, complete and sole discretion of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku â are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
Duties of Liberty
â With respect to duties of liberty, you understand and agree to abide by the following:
i. Duty, Liberty: Activity
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the civilly libertied administration of any official act or activity of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
ii. Duty, Liberty: Agent
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the civilly libertied administration of any official agent or party of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
iii. Duty, Liberty: Arrangement
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the civilly libertied administration of any official arrangement of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
iv. Duty, Liberty: Conduct, Service
that you and Humana Sancta have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the civilly libertied administration of any official conduct or service of Humana Sancta or the Founder, solely via the Founderâs authorization.
v. Duty, Liberty: Entity, Organization

that you and Humana Sancta do not treat any aspect of Humana Sancta or the Founder, or their conduct or service â including any act, activity, agent, arrangement, asset, or involved material or matter â as not civilly free or liberated in its administration solely by the Founder, in any way, unless the Founder has provided and not revoked his authorization that such aspect is to be administered in coordination with another specified person or equivalent, and where such authorization is provided and unrevoked, the Founder explicitly, expressly and specifically states the terms for coordinated administration or equivalent delineated below.

the ethical, lawful and specific benefits to Humana Sancta or the Founder, and any other person concerned, of having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-d. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Costs
the ethical, lawful and specific costs to Humana Sancta or the Founder, and any other person concerned, of having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-e. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Duration
the ethical, lawful and specific duration â and time considerations or implications â for having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-f. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Manner
the ethical, lawful and specific manner, means, method, or mode for having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.

the ethical, lawful and specific safeguards â of benefits and against risks to Humana Sancta or the Founder and any other person concerned â of having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.

the ethical, lawful and specific procedures of keeping Humana Sancta or the Founder informed of the administrative status of the above aspect, conduct, or service.
iii-m. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Voluntary
the ethical, lawful and specific means by which the Founder shall voluntarily give, maintain, or revoke such authorization for the above aspect, conduct, or service to be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iv. Confirmed via Processes
all of the above as confirmed â even repeated, where appropriate â via processes conducted by Humana Sancta, via the Founderâs authorization, and not to be substituted by processes conducted by other persons.

none of the above being acceptable as authorization when indicated, provided or otherwise received orally or vocally or via any form other than written.

none of the above being acceptable as authorization when assumed, presumed or equivalent, and only upon meeting all requirements and standards above may such authorization be deemed confirmed.

A sanctuary that offers place and space for belief in and practice of the Humana faith, Sancthumanism, via perusal of published sections of its literatures and attendance and participation in communal readings and recitations.

Ways to Learn
A sanctuary that also offers place and space for learning and teaching pertaining to Sancthumanism, the Humana faith, via sessions and eventual courses of instruction based on the literatures.

Ways to Contribute
A sanctuary that also serves as a place where adherents and assisters may contribute toward fulfillment of Humanaâs mission and purposes, by requesting, via the Founder, to serve as donor, fellow, sponsor, or volunteer.
